Bonnie Noble

Bonnie Noble, CPA, has extensive experience in the field of taxation. Bonnie has held various leadership roles in notable companies throughout their career.

From 2020 to the present, Bonnie has been the Director of Tax at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC. In this role, they oversee all tax functions for the organization, including financial reporting, M&A activity, and compliance related to various tax types and jurisdictions.

Prior to their current position, Bonnie worked as the Global Tax Director at Jenny Craig from 2016 to 2020. Bonnie was responsible for managing tax functions and overseeing all business filings for the company both domestically and internationally.

From 2011 to 2016, Bonnie served as the Chief Tax Officer/Senior Director of Global Tax at Pulse Electronics Corporation. Bonnie directed all tax functions for this multinational manufacturing company during a period of downsizing and restructuring, implementing process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Before Pulse Electronics Corporation, Bonnie was employed as the Global Tax Director at Solera Holdings, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they directed all aspects of tax accounting and compliance for the multinational software company.

From 1999 to 2009, Bonnie was the Global Tax Director at Cymer, a publicly traded manufacturing company. Bonnie managed international and domestic tax functions, including ASC 740/FAS109 reporting and research credit processes.

Bonnie's earlier experiences include serving as a Tax Manager at ComStream from 1995 to 1998, providing expertise in both domestic and international tax issues. Bonnie also worked as a Tax Senior at Coopers & Lybrand from 1990 to 1995, managing tax returns, provisions, and planning for various corporations.

Throughout their career, Bonnie Noble has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance.

Bonnie Noble, CPA has a Master of Science degree in Taxation from San Diego State University. Bonnie also has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in International Taxation from Golden Gate University. Bonnie is also a Certified Public Accountant in California.
