James Francis

James Francis possesses extensive experience in facilities and operations management, currently serving as Regional Vice President at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC since October 2007. Previous roles include Store Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where responsibilities included overseeing a discount retail store with $18 million in annual sales and managing a team of 120 associates. At Target, James held multiple positions, culminating as Regional Facility Manager, overseeing the operations of 75 stores and off-site warehouses, while managing significant budgets and capital expenditures. James also served as Division Facility Director at PepsiCo, managing facilities for 350 KFC locations, and began a service career as a Captain in the US Army.
