Alistair McKay

Alistair McKay is a Managing Director based in London. He joined KBW in June 2018. Early in his career, Alistair qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the Financial Markets’ Division of Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) and in subsequent years, he advised on over 75 transactions in the banking, insurance and wealth and asset management sectors with an aggregate deal value of over $30bn. He started his investment banking career at Kleinwort Benson before moving to Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Latterly, Alistair led the asset and wealth management advisory groups at both Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, prior to joining the private equity industry as a senior partner at affiliates of Credit Suisse Group and a leading European family office. Alistair is a non-executive board member at Millennium Global Investments. He received his BSc from Queen Mary College.
