Mitch Kratochvil

Mitch Kratochvil has over three decades of diverse work experience in the technology and business sector. Mitch is currently working as a Product Manager at KBX, a role that commenced in June 2021. Prior to this, they spent over twelve years at Flint Hills Resources, where they held multiple positions. From June 2019 to June 2021, they served as a Senior Business System Analyst, and before that, they were an Automation Evangelist from August 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, Mitch worked as a Digital Transformation Leader from January 2017 to June 2018 and as a Senior Business System Analyst - Supervisor from June 2015 to January 2017. Their responsibilities at Flint Hills Resources included managing application life cycles for various systems, leading the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and drones, and overseeing pricing analytics. Before joining Flint Hills Resources, Mitch worked as the Director of Development and Technology at Go.edu from September 2004 to April 2008. Mitch was responsible for the development and deployment of the Go.edustar School Information System. Prior to that, they held positions at High Touch Technologies, where they served as the Director of Development from July 2002 to September 2004, a Senior System Analyst from January 1998 to July 2002, and the Director of Client Support from June 1995 to July 1998. In 1989, they started their career as the Technology Director at USD 463 Udall Public School, where they designed and implemented LAN and WAN systems and managed the school district's IT infrastructure. Mitch also taught computer-related classes and implemented the area's first Interactive Television Network for Distance Learning Solutions.

Mitch Kratochvil earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Secondary Education, with a focus on Computer Science, from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Prior to attending university, Mitch attended Manhattan High School; however, the specific years and any degrees or fields of study attained at the high school level are unknown.
