Dave Baker

Dave Baker has over 30 years of experience in the land surveying industry. Dave began their career as a Survey Manager at Zimmerman Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C., where they managed all aspects of the survey department. Dave then went on to start their own firm, Baker Technical Land Services, where they served as President/Principal. In this role, they provided general surveying services to the public and also specialized in providing technical services to other engineering and surveying firms. Currently, Dave is the Survey Division Manager/Vice President at KC Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. Dave oversees all aspects of the land survey division, including managing survey crews, implementing policies, marketing, and client relations.

Dave Baker holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Sociology from St. Lawrence University. Dave also attended Sullivan County Community College from 1991 to 1995, studying Land Surveying. In addition, Dave has obtained certifications in OSHA 10 Hour from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), and Professional Land Surveyor from the New York State Department of Education.
