Jay Beaumont

Jay Beaumont has had extensive work experience in various roles within different companies.

Starting in 1992, they worked at the Orange County Water Authority as the Executive Director, a position they held until 2006. In 2007, they joined Eustance and Horowitz, P.C. as the Executive Vice President, where they stayed until 2012. In the same year, they became the Vice President at KC Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C.

Throughout their career, Jay Beaumont has demonstrated expertise and leadership in executive roles, particularly in the field of water management and engineering.

Jay Beaumont earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1971. Jay went on to pursue a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, completing their studies in 1977.
