David Marshall

David Marshall is an accomplished environmental consulting professional with extensive experience in project management and geological services. As Chief Project Director at KC Harvey Environmental, LLC since November 2010, David Marshall oversees technical support for environmental consulting and reclamation/restoration projects, ensuring quality and efficiency across the organization. Previously, David served as Principal Scientist and Regional Business Director for the Rocky Mountain Region and Permian Basin operations from 2010 to 2021. With a strong foundation in geology, David co-founded DTM Consulting, LLC, specializing in GIS and environmental consulting, and provided mining geological services to various clients from 1988 to 1997. David holds a Master of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Soil Science from the University of Vermont.
