Jennifer Shapard

Jennifer Shapard, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for both KC Painting & Coatings and Kilcor since January 2024. Previously, Jennifer held various HR roles, including Human Resources Director, Manager, Generalist, and Office Manager at Sluss+Padgett from January 2017 to October 2023. Jennifer began their career as a Project Administrator and AP Specialist at Garrard Group from January 2012 to December 2016. Jennifer holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Marketing from Bauder College, earned between 2002 and 2004.
