Jerry Jackson

Jerry Jackson is currently a staff accountant at KCare. Prior to that, they were with Wunderman Thompson as a client finance accountant from February 2020 to January 2022. Jerry's responsibilities there included monthly client billings, intercompany billings and invoices, month end close journal entries, cash applications, intercompany AP and AR account reconciliations, preparing monthly reports for auditing purposes, assisting project and account managers with job request forms and analysis, and computing monthly revenue. From January 2019 to December 2019, Jackson was an accounting assistant with PRAVO Construction where they reported to the controller and owners by assisting with AP and AR duties including data entry, research, and communication with internal and external customers. Jerry was also responsible for coding employee AMEX expenses, processing subcontractor and client pay applications against contract values, sales tax entry and payment, retainage reconciliation, and maintaining lien notices and inquiry logs. Jackson's first job out of college was as a data entry operator and customer service rep with MAXIMUS from September 2018 to December 2018.

Jerry Jackson has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Texas State University. Jerry also has certification from the Texas Department of Insurance in Texas Life, Accident, & Health Insurance. Finally, they have certification from Bloomberg Market Concepts.
