George Maina

George Maina has extensive experience in software development and technical operations, currently serving as the Manager of API and Integration Support at KCB Bank Group since November 2022. Previously, George held the position of Technical Operations Lead at Safaricom PLC from February 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading the deployment and operations of Customer Value Management (CVM) services, ensuring high service availability, and optimizing existing services. Prior to Safaricom, George worked as a Service Integration Developer, focusing on system integrations and service development using various technologies. George's career began at Flag42 Limited as a Junior Software Developer, followed by a role at Techwise Solutions Limited as Lead Software Engineer & Quality Assurance, where enterprise web and mobile applications were developed. George holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
