Louise Araka

Louise Araka currently serves as the Manager – Group Consumer Research & Insights Analyst in the Strategy Division at KCB Bank Group, providing strategic insight and collaboration across business entities to enhance data with consumer insights. Previously, at Equity Bank Limited, Louise held the position of Senior Researcher in the Market Research and Product Development Department, where responsibilities included analyzing market research findings to inform bank strategy, conducting needs assessments and econometric modeling, and engaging with stakeholders for product approvals. Additionally, as a Projects Officer in the Projects and Innovations Department, Louise contributed to the successful implementation of the Agency Model, represented the bank in CRM system adoption, and played a key role in launching credit card services.
