Marion Kangara is currently the Manager of Service Quality & Compliance at KCB Bank Group. They have extensive experience in developing work plans for operations teams, leading business process mapping initiatives, and supervising cash and back office departments. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Trade Development Representative at Top Image Africa Limited, where they trained Safaricom agents for the launch of the MPESA product. Marion holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Nairobi.
