Melanie Senn currently serves as a Real Estate Agent at The Avenue Central Coast Realty since April 2024, assisting clients in buying and selling homes. Prior to this role, Melanie was a Fellow at the USC Center for Health Journalism from June 2023 to April 2024, producing a series of audio stories for KCBX that addressed domestic violence in San Luis Obispo County, particularly among undocumented women, set to air in October 2023. Additionally, Melanie worked as an Audio Producer at KCBX INC from September 2022 to April 2024 and served as a Lecturer in the English Department at Cal Poly State University from September 2004 to September 2021. Melanie holds a Master's degree in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and two Bachelor's degrees from UC Santa Barbara in Latin American Studies and Latin American Literature.
