Cesar Esparza Compian started their work experience in 2014 as a Junior Test Engineer at Andrew Corporation. After that, they joined Telcel in 2014 as a Radio Frequency Engineer and worked until 2020. Currently, they are employed at KCCTech as a Field Engineer.

Cesar Esparza Compian pursued their education at Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas from 2009 to 2013. Cesar completed a degree in Ingeniería, specializing in Ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones.
