Ilfat Bikmayev

ILFAT Bikmayev currently serves as Supervisor of the Analysis and Design Group at Kcell АО since January 2024, following a previous role as a Системный аналитик/Technical Product Manager from July 2021 to September 2023. In the latter position, ILFAT was responsible for technical analysis of incoming requests, functional requirement documentation, and providing consultation and technical support to business analysts and clients. Prior experience includes over eight years at Eurasian Bank in various roles, including Head of Department and Leading Specialist in Analysis and Reporting, focusing on project management and business process optimization. Additionally, ILFAT worked at АО КазИнжЭлектроникс as a first-category engineer, contributing to the development of radio-electronic devices. ILFAT holds bachelor's degrees in Marketing from Almaty Management University and in Mobile Radio Systems from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications.
