Khalida Narbayeva

Khalida Narbayeva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ethics and compliance, internal communications, and international relations. Currently serving as the Ethics and Compliance Officer at Kcell JSC since April 2010, responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of ethics and compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating essential governance meetings. Previous roles include National Director at Arizona-Kazakhstan Development Group and the Arizona-Kazakhstan Partnership Foundation Inc., where relations with key stakeholders and management of partnership projects were prominent. Khalida has also held positions at Microsoft Kazakhstan and Alkor Engineering LLP, focusing on educational programs and international marketing.
