Herb Gibbs

Herb Gibbs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in predictive maintenance and vibration analysis. Currently serving as Lead Analyst at KCF Technologies, Inc. since August 2022, Herb also operates as the Owner of PM Solutions LLC, where vibration analysis programs are managed across various industries including Paper, Water Treatment, and Cement. Prior to these roles, Herb held multiple positions at Finch Paper from March 2016 to May 2022, including #3 PM Planner and Maintenance Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a planner at Momentive and working as Predictive Maintenance Tech/Vibration Analyst Level II at Irving Tissue from November 2010 to September 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring rotating equipment and conducting various analyses. Herb's career began at Tri-State Electric Motors Inc., where extensive training in electric motor repair and mechanical systems was acquired from December 1978 to August 2004.
