Amy Frist

Amy Frist has over 19 years of extensive experience in asset management and property management. As the SVP of Asset Management at KCG Companies since April 2025, Amy leads strategic initiatives in managing diverse assets. Previously at CREA, LLC from December 2014 to April 2025, Amy held multiple positions including SVP of Asset Management Development and AVP, Senior Asset Manager. Earlier roles include Compliance Supervisor and Property Manager at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc., as well as Property Manager at Crestline Communities and Assistant Manager at Van Rooy Properties. Amy's expertise encompasses monitoring compliance with state and federal regulations, overseeing property rentals, and managing leasing processes.
