Austin Mallory

Austin Mallory currently serves as the Manager of Drayage Operations at KCH Transportation, overseeing client communication, coordinating deliveries, and implementing a successful storage initiative for shipments. Prior experience includes roles as an Inland Drayage Coordinator at KCH, where Austin managed client accounts and provided daily reports, and a Peer Advisor at Mercer University, guiding first-year students through their college experience. Additional roles at Mercer involved internships in basketball operations and sports marketing, along with teaching and administrative responsibilities during an internship with Hope for the Future in Malawi. Austin holds a degree in International Affairs/Global Development Studies from Mercer University, obtained in 2022.
