Richard Rounds is a highly experienced Project Manager with a background in civil engineering. Richard has worked in various construction companies, including KCI Construction Company and St. Louis Bridge Construction Company. Prior to their career in construction, Richard served in the US Navy as a Radioman Second Class. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis/Washington University Joint Engineering Program.
