Adam Gardner

Adam Gardner, CCM, SCTPP has a solid work experience in the field of construction management and inspection. Adam was the Vice President and Practice Leader at KCI Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for managing the construction inspection staff and executing the company's Construction Management and Inspection contracts in Maryland. Prior to that, Adam worked as a Project Manager at Gannett Fleming, Inc., where they were responsible for coordinating staff and overseeing the construction management and inspection of various projects including infrastructure, heavy rail, buildings, and environmental projects. Adam also gained experience as an Environmental Scientist at Columbia Technologies.

Adam Gardner, CCM, SCTPP received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science and GeoChemistry from Alfred University in 2002. Adam also holds certifications as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), earned in April 2015, and as a Safety Certified Transportation Project Professional from the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA), earned in February 2020.
