Dierdre Crowl

Dierdre Crowl has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dierdre started their career at Maggie's Restaurant in 1991, working their way up from server to banquet coordinator, where they coordinated events, managed staff, and ensured successful execution of weddings, parties, and meetings. In 2005, Dierdre joined KCI Technologies, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator, later transitioning to roles such as Pursuit Manager in the Transportation Market and Executive Assistant. Since 2017, they have been serving as the Assistant Chief Knowledge Officer, assisting in knowledge and personnel development within the company and promoting growth for administrative staff. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development, where they utilize their expertise in the marketplace to showcase the capabilities of the KCI team. Dierdre's accomplishments highlight their ability to excel in various roles and contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Dierdre Crowl holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Dierdre also earned a BA in Communication and Political Science from McDaniel College between 1995 and 1999. In addition, they pursued studies in music, theater, and writing at Washington College from 1986 to 1987. Dierdre completed their high school education at Old Mill Senior High School, where they obtained a Diploma with a focus on vocal music, advanced placement English, and mathematics from 1982 to 1986. Dierdre Crowl has also obtained certifications in Frontline Leadership and as a Certified Administrative Professional with an Organizational Management Specialty from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
