Randell Prescott

Randell Prescott, PE, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President and Construction Management Service Line Leader at KCI Technologies, Inc., since April 2016. In this role, Randell oversees the construction service line, focusing primarily on owner-representative work for Transportation projects. Prior to this position, Randell held various leadership roles at the Florida Department of Transportation from July 2003 to April 2016, including Director of Operations and District Maintenance Engineer. Randell's experience also includes serving as Director of Operations at the Federal Highway Administration from October 1995 to July 2013 and as Resident Engineer at the New Jersey Department of Transportation from January 1991 to October 1995. Randell holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Clarkson University.
