Lacey Foster

Lacey Foster serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Kansas City Area Development Council, contributing to the Talent Recruitment Initiative that aids over 200 local companies in showcasing the Kansas City lifestyle to global candidates. At T-Mobile, Lacey has held various roles since 2005, currently as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs, overseeing systems and resources that support the company's annual hiring of more than 20,000 employees. Previous positions at T-Mobile include managing teams focused on candidate experience, developing recruitment strategies, and overseeing undergraduate college recruitment programs, all aimed at attracting diverse and qualified talent. Lacey holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from Drake University.
