Tiffany Monroe

Tiffany Monroe currently serves as a Board Member for the Kansas City Area Development Council and holds the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at H&R Block since March 2018. Tiffany previously worked at US Foods as Chief Human Resources Officer from 2015 to August 2017, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy for a 25,000-member organization and contributing to a successful Initial Public Offering in May 2016. Prior experience includes roles at Target from 2001 to 2015, culminating as Senior Vice President of HR for Target Canada and overseeing HR functions for a 20,000-person organization. Earlier roles in the HR field were held at Oakwood Worldwide. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington.

The Kansas City Area Development Council is a private, nonprofit organization charged with representing the economic interests of the entire two-state, 18-county region of Greater Kansas City. Mission: Engage the world to invest in the One KC region.
