Tiffany Monroe currently serves as a Board Member for the Kansas City Area Development Council and holds the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at H&R Block since March 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Target from 2001 to 2015, culminating as Senior Vice President of HR for Target Canada and overseeing HR functions for a 20,000-person organization. Earlier roles in the HR field were held at Oakwood Worldwide. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington.

The Kansas City Area Development Council is a private, nonprofit organization charged with representing the economic interests of the entire two-state, 18-county region of Greater Kansas City. Mission: Engage the world to invest in the One KC region. Our role: • Attract new companies and talent to the 18-county, two-state KC region. • Enhance awareness of our metro's assets to create positive perceptions. • Promote the KC region as a business and lifestyle location of choice. • Brand the KC region as one product to stimulate economic growth. • Equally support all of our regional communities and investors. • Facilitate relocation/expansion process between a company and its selected KC community.
