Jeff Tatsumura

Principal at K·Coe Isom

Jeff guides ag producers, business owners, and large-entity controllers on all aspects of tax consulting and regulatory controversy at the federal, state and local levels. By converting rote financial statements and ratios into relatable business metrics, he guides management teams toward fiscal resiliency to help ensure a firm can weather any business climate.

With over 20 years of experience in tax compliance, planning, research, and consulting, Jeff has consulted with clients in the agribusiness, service, transportation, manufacturing, construction and real estate, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining K·Coe Isom, Jeff was a partner at Stoughton Davidson in Fresno, CA. He was also the CFO for a major California-based row crop and permanent crop operation that spanned from the Sacramento area to Kern County.

A champion for producers, Jeff successfully deciphers issues raised by tax authorities. Given his private industry experience in a large-scale agricultural operation and a big home builder/commercial developer, Jeff relays the accounting “nuts and bolts” to business owners in a clear and compelling way so they, in turn, can make strong, forward-thinking financial decisions.
