Nachelle Kaughman

Nachelle Kaughman is an experienced Senior Recruiter at Pinion since February 2022, focusing on impactful recruitment solutions for family businesses. Prior to this role, Nachelle served as a Recruiter at Heart to Heart International from October 2018 to January 2022, contributing to healthcare access improvements in the U.S. As a Program Manager for Student Employment at Macalester College from June 2016 to October 2018, Nachelle led initiatives for program improvement and developed learning strategies. Experience also includes a decade with YouthWorks, where Nachelle managed training and recruitment efforts for over 350 staff and streamlined application processes for 3,000+ candidates. Nachelle began the career as a Marketing Associate at Kansas City Urban Youth Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
