Dorota Bednarczyk

Dorota Bednarczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. From 1994 to 2001, they worked as a Teacher and Physiotherapist at School and Social Welfare Office. Starting from 2001, Dorota worked at various pharmaceutical companies as a Medical Representative. In 2007, they joined Business Consulting & Management as a Clinical Research Associate for Amgen. In 2008, they moved to KCR SA and continued working as a Clinical Research Associate and later as a Senior Clinical Research Associate and Training Specialist for Amgen until 2012. In 2012, Dorota joined KCR as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations. In 2015, they became a Clinical Team Manager and Training Specialist at Amgen, and in 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director of Clinical Operations at KCR. Moreover, in 2016, they also worked as a Lecturer at the Medical University of Poznan.

Dorota Bednarczyk obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management in France, University of Gdansk, and GFKM from 2014 to 2016. Dorota also completed post-graduate studies in social psychology at Kaszubsko-Pomorska Szkoła Wyższa in Poland from 2007 to 2008. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Biological Recuperation and Physiotherapy degree from the University of Physical Education in Gdansk, Poland, which they earned from 1990 to 1994.
