Kacie Gardella

Kacie Gardella, PMP®, has extensive experience in project management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at KCR since December 2021, Kacie previously held multiple project management roles at Syneos Health from January 2018 to November 2021, progressing from Project Specialist II to Project Manager II. Earlier experience includes a position as a Project Specialist II at INC Research from December 2015 to January 2018. Kacie holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell and Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemical Sciences with minors in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from LSU Shreveport.
