Marvin Chyla

Marvin Chyla is a seasoned clinical trial management professional with extensive experience in overseeing multiple clinical trials, including a current role as Director of Project Management at KCR since October 2018. With a robust background in therapeutic areas such as oncology and immuno-oncology, Marvin has demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, resource planning, and crafting project execution strategies. Recognized with several awards, including the Customer Focus Annual Award in 2024 and Customer Satisfaction Annual Award in 2023, Marvin has played a crucial role in developing departmental initiatives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior experience at Parexel included leadership positions in early product development, contributing to international phase I–II clinical trials. Marvin holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Research from the University of Wales.
