Cecil Hannibal is a skilled broadcast journalist currently serving as the Weekend Anchor and Reporter for KCRA 3 and My58 in Sacramento, California, since November 2024. Prior experience includes anchoring and reporting for WAPT-TV in Jackson from July 2020 to November 2024. Earlier roles encompass news reporting as a 2019 Summer Fellow at the IRTS Foundation, an intern at CBS This Morning, and serving as a CheddarU Correspondent at Cheddar Inc. Additionally, internships at Annenberg TV News, WLKY, and WSB-TV contributed to César's foundational experience in journalism. Cecil holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, complemented by studies at Georgia State University.
