Rafaela Rodrigues is currently the People & Talent Manager at KCS IT, a company offering diverse services such as outsourcing and strategic consulting since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Ativo from September 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and payroll support. Rafaela also completed professional and academic internships in Human Resources at fieldwork. Quality in 2019, and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Meivcore Industry Solutions in 2018. Education includes a Master's degree in Organizational, Social and Work Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto (2019-2021), and participation in the Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Masaryk University Brno (2019-2020), alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences from the same institution (2016-2020).
