Jeffrey Goldberger is a Principal of KCSA who oversees the firm's Integrated Communications Services offering and its Capital Markets practice delivered through IPO/APO One™.

For more than 25 years, Jeffrey has provided strategic counsel to both private and publicly-traded companies. His expertise includes corporate messaging and strategic counsel, as well as transactional (IPO, secondary and M&A) and crisis communications. Jeffrey is a frequent contributor to IR Magazine, covering topics that include the evolution of investor relations, the importance of building a strong board of directors and the pitfalls of operating a micro-cap company.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For a decade, he actively participated in triathlons and was a finisher of Ironman Wisconsin and Ironman Switzerland. In 2011, Jeffrey co-founded Tri-Cycle Rentals, the triathlon industry’s original race-day bike rental company (acquired by American Bicycle Group, parent company of Litespeed and Quintana Roo Bicycles). He had hopes to compete in an Ironman every five years but happily got distracted chasing around his two daughters, Olivia Madison and Lucy Jane.
