Chad Bystedt

Chad Bystedt began their work experience in 2004 at Deloitte & Touche where they worked as a Senior Analyst. In this role, they managed professional service teams and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects in industries such as Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications. Chad assessed clients' financial performance and risk exposure through financial modeling and analysis.

In 2009, Chad moved to Behr Process Corporation where they worked as a Manager, Internal Audit. Chad directed the internal audit department and conducted financial audits and internal control reviews to mitigate financial and operational risks. Chad also coordinated initiatives to improve operating efficiency within the manufacturing and inventory functions.

From 2011 to 2014, Chad worked at Consulting & Implementation Services (CIS) as a Senior Consultant. Here, they delivered professional services to various industries and took on projects such as designing and implementing shared service structures and providing strategic and business planning for companies at different stages of maturity.

Since 2014, Chad has been working at KDC Construction as the VP of Finance, a role in which they are currently active.

Chad Bystedt completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Financial Accounting at the University of Southern California from 2000 to 2004. Chad then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Melbourne Business School from 2009 to 2011. Before attending university, Chad attended Servite High School from 1996 to 2000, although no degree or field of study is specified during this time.
