Melissa Zell, CI

Melissa Zell, CI has more than 30 years of work experience in various industries. Starting with their time in the US Navy as a Seaman, they gained experience in administrative functions and served as the Classified Yeoman for the Commander US Naval Forces Japan. Following their military service, Melissa worked as the General Manager for Anytiime Staffing, where they were responsible for all operations within the company and assisted in its sale and transition to new ownership. Melissa then founded and served as Owner/President/Recruiter for The KTR Group, a full-service recruitment firm providing national placement services in various industries. During their time there, they received the "Best of the Best Award" multiple times. Melissa also worked as a Regional Workforce Manager/Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager for Surge Staffing/Professional Brands, where they oversaw all operations in the Arizona market. Melissa later joined Adecco as a Client Program Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and daily operations for a 24/7 operation and handled credentialing with various agencies. Most recently, they served as a Senior Recruiter for KDC Construction, a commercial construction company, where they utilized their extensive knowledge and leadership skills to exceed customer expectations.
