Theresa McGuire

Theresa McGuire has extensive work experience in various industries. Theresa began their career at Waxworks Music as a Sales Manager for a music store from July 1990 to July 1997. Theresa then joined Memorial Hospital of Martinsville as a Manager of Business Health Services, where they were responsible for occupational health services and collaborated with local businesses from April 1998 to December 2004.

In 2005, Theresa joined KDC/ONE | Lynchburg, where they held several roles, including Senior Director/Customer Accounts/Purchasing/Projects/Planning/Scheduling. Theresa'sresponsibilities included relationship management, supply chain management, capacity planning, and material flow from January 2005 to March 2018. Theresa was later promoted to the position of General Manager/Vice President, Interim, where they oversaw all aspects of operations and management from March 2018 to March 2019.

Theresa's most recent position is at kdc/one, where they are currently the VP of Commercialization & Business Development, starting in March 2019. Theresa is now the Head of Business Development, focusing on strategic partnerships and driving growth for the company.

Theresa McGuire obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration- Communications from Liberty University in the years 2016 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired certifications in customer service excellence and best practices for the multi-project manager from the American Management Association. Theresa obtained the Certificate of Completion in Customer Service Excellence in May 2006 and the Certificate of Completion in Best Practices for the Multi-Project Manager in December 2005.
