Peter Burden FRAeS has extensive work experience in the engineering and technology industry. In 2002, they founded KDC Resource, a recruitment company specializing in resourcing solutions for leading engineering and technology companies. As the CEO of KDC Resource, they lead a team that upholds the principles of knowledge, ability, and network, while also prioritizing employee growth, rewards, and enjoyment.
Additionally, in 2002, Peter Burden founded and served as the CEO of KDC Projects, an engineering services company focused on the aerospace and defense sectors. This company offered design, analysis, and systems departments, and invested in the latest CAE tools and project management software to ensure high-quality project delivery.
In 2023, Peter Burden became the CEO of ATL Europe, further expanding their leadership roles in the industry. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a design consultant at EADS Astrium from 2000 to 2002.
Peter Burden FRAeS attended Bournemouth University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a BSc Hons in Design Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Solent University from 1994 to 1996, earning an HND in Naval Architecture.
