Chad Hedlund

Chad Hedlund, MBA, currently serves as a Development Associate at KDC Real Estate Development & Investments since March 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at Duff & Phelps from June 2019 to October 2020 and participating as a Professional Athlete with the Cleveland Browns in 2016. Chad was also a Student Athlete at Southern Methodist University, where notable achievements included serving as Football Team Captain, receiving the Special Teams Player of the Year Award, being named Runner-Up Male Athlete of the Year, and earning the Weight-Room, Dedication & Hard-Work Award, all in 2015. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University (2011-2015) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business (2020-2021).
