James has diverse experience in the recruitment industry, having worked in various roles at companies such as RIG Animal Health Recruit Ltd, G4S Policing Solutions, and Morgan Hutchins Associates Ltd. James began their career as a Soldier operating the Rapier Surface to Air missile system in the British Army.
