Col Rich Boehning

Rich Boehning, MFS is a Law Enforcement and Crisis Management expert with extensive experience in the military and federal agencies. COL (R) Rich currently serves as a Law Enforcement/Crisis Management Planner for Applied Training Solutions, where COL (R) Rich trains and certifies the Department of Defense response to catastrophic events. Previously, COL (R) Rich held positions such as Senior Special Agent at ATF, Colonel/Provost Marshal at US Army Corps of Engineers, and Lieutenant Colonel at US Army, where COL (R) Rich specialized in various law enforcement and security roles. Rich holds a Master of Forensic Sciences degree from National University and has completed military education programs at U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
