Babllesh Kaushikk

Babllesh Kaushikk has a strong background in human resources and administrative roles. Babllesh currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at KD Supply Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of HR at Degain Group starting in May 2020. From December 2018 to their role at Degain Group, Babllesh served as the Director at Fulcrum HR Services. Babllesh also has experience as the Human Resources Director at FM India Supply Chain Private Limited from April 2015 to September 2018. Before that, they held the position of AGM - HR & Admin at Tema India Limited from October 2011 to April 2015. Babllesh started their career as the Head of Legal & Admin at Gabriel India Limited in September 2009, where they gained valuable administrative experience.

Babllesh Kaushikk pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2004, they studied at Delhi University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and LLB (Bachelor of Law & Legislations) degree. Their field of study during this period was HR Functions & Labour Laws. Following this, from 2004 to 2007, Babllesh attended Kharadi Law College, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a specialization in Labour Laws.
