John F. Kacvinsky

John Kacvinsky is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Senior Principal at KDW Firm PLLC since April 2003. Previous roles include Senior Patent Attorney at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2003, and Patent Attorney positions at Kenyon & Kenyon and Dickstein Shapiro LLP from 1994 to 1999. Kacvinsky holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Delaware in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a JD in Intellectual Property Law from The Catholic University of America, and additional degrees in Telecommunications, Computer Science, and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University.
