Todd Hlavinka

Todd Hlavinka is a Project Manager at Kingham Dalton Wilson, Ltd. Todd previously worked as an Office Engineer and Field Engineer during their internships at the same company. Prior to that, Todd gained experience as a Summer Intern at the Engineering Department of the Texas Department of Transportation. Todd earned a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and attended Wharton County Junior College before that.
