Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations at KEA Advisors since June 2017 and managing their own consulting firm, Ichniowski Consulting, since March 2013, Bob specializes in dealership operations and business advisory services. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at K. Neal Truck and Bus Center, Director of Finance at Ransome CAT, and Chief Operating Officer at Beltway Companies, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements were achieved. Bob holds multiple advanced degrees in business and finance from the University of Baltimore and Towson University.
