Lauren Schall currently serves as the Director of Operations at Keadjian, a growing public affairs consultancy, where Lauren is part of the leadership team focusing on strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Lauren held various leadership roles at Method Communications, including Senior Operations Manager, where achievements included developing talent management strategies and overseeing recruitment processes for over 3,000 applicants. Lauren's diverse experience encompasses human resources, operations management, and training across multiple organizations, including Wente Vineyards and Sotheby's International Realty. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Colorado State University and ongoing studies at the University of Virginia's Semester at Sea program.
