Jerome Hatfield

Jerome Hatfield, CPM, has an extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles focused on public safety, emergency management, and homeland security. Jerome has served as the Acting Senior Vice President of Integrated Health, Safety and Response Services at Kean University since 2019. In this position, they are responsible for strategic security planning and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to their current role, Jerome was the Associate Director in the Department of Public Safety/Police at Kean University. In this role from 2019 to 2023, they managed a multimillion-dollar budget and created safety and security strategies for the university's campuses.

Jerome also founded Hatfield Consulting in 2017, where they serve as the President and Consultant.
