Scott Dunbar

Scott Dunbar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President, Operations and Program Management at Kearfott Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at GlobalPath Advisors, where they provided business and operational strategy support to technology companies. Throughout their career, they have held various executive positions, including Vice President of Operations at L3 Technologies and Vice President and General Manager at Oclaro. Scott has also served as the General Manager of High Power Diode Lasers at Spectra-Physics and as the VP and General Manager at New Focus. Additionally, Scott spent a significant part of their early career at IBM, where they held the position of Operations Manager/Executive. Scott Dunbar's expertise lies in operations, program management, and business strategy across multiple industries.

Scott Dunbar obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in the years 1980 to 1984.
