Vivian Yost

Vivian Yost has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 28 years. Vivian recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Kearfott Corporation, starting in 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they held the same position at Marotta Controls. From 2017 to 2020, Vivian worked as the HR Director at Kearfott Corporation, where they oversaw the human resources function across three divisions. Before joining Kearfott, they were the HR Director at Chadler Solutions, developing and managing their HR department from 2014 to 2017.

Earlier in their career, Vivian served as the Human Resources Director at MELA Sciences, Inc. for six years, where they built the HR function from scratch and partnered with leadership to drive organizational objectives.
