Amber Lubben

Amber Lubben has a extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Amber started as an RN at Kearney Regional Medical Center in 2016 and worked their way up to Quality and Risk Manager before becoming the Director of Quality and Patient Safety. Amber then moved to Gothenburg Health where they served as the CQO/CXO before transitioning to the role of CNO. Prior to that, they were the Quality Director at Thayer County Health Services.

Amber Lubben completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science at Southern New Hampshire University in 2018. Amber continued their education at the same university and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership in 2021.
