Sara Fecht

Sara Fecht is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Human Resources Business Partner at Kearney Regional Medical Center since July 2015, Sara has developed and evaluated recruitment strategies, managed compensation issues, and supported various HR policies.
